Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Snowy Work (“the Platform”), operated by ZYEYZ, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our services.

Description of Service

Snowy Work is a marketplace platform where users can buy and sell automation workflows designed for n8n. The Platform facilitates transactions between workflow sellers (“Sellers”) and buyers (“Buyers”). We provide the infrastructure for listing, discovering, purchasing, and downloading workflows, but we do not create or verify the workflows sold on the Platform.

Account Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Buyer Terms

Purchasing Workflows

When you purchase a workflow on Snowy Work, you receive a license to download and use that workflow in your own n8n instance. All purchases are one-time payments that grant you lifetime access to download the purchased workflow.

License Grant

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Download and use the workflow in your n8n instance(s)
• Modify the workflow for your personal or business use
• Use the workflow in commercial projects

License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the workflow with others
• Claim the workflow as your own creation
• Remove any copyright notices or attributions
• Use the workflow to create a competing marketplace product

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of workflows, all sales are generally final. However, if a workflow does not function as described in its listing, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Contact the Seller first to resolve any issues. If unresolved, contact us at [email protected]. Refund eligibility is determined at our sole discretion.

Workflow Content

Our Commitment

All workflows on Snowy Work are created and maintained by our team. We ensure each workflow is tested, documented, and designed to work reliably with the specified integrations.

Workflow Standards

Every workflow includes:

• Accurate description of functionality
• Clear documentation for setup and configuration
• List of required credentials and integrations
• Any limitations or known issues

Prohibited Use

You may NOT use workflows to:

• Violate any laws or third-party rights
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data without authorization
• Facilitate spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
• Circumvent security measures or access controls
• Promote illegal activities or harmful content

Acceptable Use

When using the Platform, you agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt Platform operations
• Use automated systems to scrape or harvest data
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Submit false or misleading information
• Engage in fraudulent transactions
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Circumvent any Platform security measures

Intellectual Property

Platform Content

The Snowy Work platform, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by ZYEYZ, LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our platform content without written permission.

User Content

Sellers retain ownership of their workflow content. By listing a workflow, Sellers grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute the workflow through the Platform. Buyers receive the license rights specified in the Buyer Terms section above.

DMCA and Copyright Claims

If you believe content on Snowy Work infringes your copyright, please contact us at [email protected] with details of the alleged infringement. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include removing the content.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM AND ALL WORKFLOWS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any workflow
• Warranties that workflows will meet your specific requirements

We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any workflow listed on the Platform. You use workflows at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZYEYZ, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Business interruption
• Damages resulting from workflows purchased on the Platform
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZYEYZ, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Behavior harmful to other users or the Platform
• Extended periods of inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Previously purchased workflows that you have downloaded remain subject to their license terms.

Dispute Resolution

For disputes between Buyers and Sellers, we encourage you to first attempt to resolve the matter directly. If you cannot reach a resolution, contact us at [email protected] and we will attempt to mediate. Our decision in any dispute is final.

For disputes with us, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally before initiating any legal proceeding.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Montana, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ZYEYZ, LLC regarding your use of Snowy Work, superseding any prior agreements.
